STAR**E offers a streamli** production process, including product design and development, product creation and production, **hining, surface treatment etc. To ensure we deliver to our promise, our production line is fully populated with the latest in production **hinery. There are 10 units of 150-500ton Aluminum Die-Cast **hines, 6 units of 80-200t ton Zinc Die-Cast **hines, 8 units of 120 – 320ton Horizontal ** **hine, 5 units of 80-160ton Vertical ** **hines, 3 units of CNC **hining dev**s, 14 units of numerical co**ol lathes, 30 units of CNC Drilling **hines amongst many others. The **pany focuses on delivering professional solutions on hardware manufacturing products. 

In 2006, the **pany was successful in achieving its ISO9001 quality, and h**e plans in place to acquire the TS16949 certifi**ion to ensure our clients receive the best in what we must offer.

Currently, annual productions of Aluminum **ponents are estimated to be 1.5 million, Zinc-based forging are around 1 million units, and injected products are around 2 million units.
